Is the SuperLead suitable for all dogs?
Can I wash the SuperLead?
Yes. We recommend the SuperLead is hand-washed with cold or warm water (max. 40°C / 100°F) to remove any dirt. Do not machine wash to avoid damage to the cam-adjuster and buckle. Do not bleach.
Can I put the SuperLead in the dryer?
To avoid damaging the cam-adjuster and buckle, do not tumble dry. Air-dry by hanging the lead up or lay it flat on a drying rack. Do not iron.
I purchased the wrong size can I exchange it?
Sure you can. You need to contact us within 14 days from receiving an item to be eligible for the exchange. Once the item is returned, we'll dispatch a new one the next business day.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1 year warranty. This excludes improper use or misuse of the product, damage caused by chewing, cleaning, alterations, or modifications or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire.
What are the shipping options?
You can choose Standard shipping or Express shipping option during the checkout. Express post takes 1-4 business days.

No pull harness
Love this harness, so easy to put on. My dog still pulls a bit but he has on every pull harness I’ve tried. This was ithe best and he likes it. I would recommend this harness and it’s my favorite colour.

About a month ago I had a terrible situation where my mumma dog ‘Joni’ escaped her halti harness in a fear situation. We were close to a windy road, getting dark in Belgrave, Vic…. I managed to grab her collar- but my heart jumped out of my chest with how close I was to almost loosing her.
I did research- and found this product- and then I actually met someone down the beach who recommended this ‘escape proof’ harness. She was wrapped with it- and her dog was rather tiny in comparison to mine. She did say it was the only harness her dog hadn’t been able to escape from.
I took that as a sign- and ordered one for Joni… and her pup Cosette….even though Cosette will definitely grow out of hers. (So please remember this review in future- as I’ll need to upgrade 😉)
The quality is fantastic!! A believe they are comfortable for my dog and puppy- but mostly ‘safe!’
