Is the SuperLead suitable for all dogs?
Can I wash the SuperLead?
Yes. We recommend the SuperLead is hand-washed with cold or warm water (max. 40°C / 100°F) to remove any dirt. Do not machine wash to avoid damage to the cam-adjuster and buckle. Do not bleach.
Can I put the SuperLead in the dryer?
To avoid damaging the cam-adjuster and buckle, do not tumble dry. Air-dry by hanging the lead up or lay it flat on a drying rack. Do not iron.
I purchased the wrong size can I exchange it?
Sure you can. You need to contact us within 14 days from receiving an item to be eligible for the exchange. Once the item is returned, we'll dispatch a new one the next business day.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. We offer a 1 year warranty. This excludes improper use or misuse of the product, damage caused by chewing, cleaning, alterations, or modifications or damage resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire.

I bought a harness and a lead for my seven month puppy. I liked the quality of the manufacturing, the materials, and the colours. It's smooth and comfortable for my puppy to wear. She loves it. I liked the 3M hi-vis stitching too.
I'd suggest including a little feature to attach a name tag or the registration. It's just a very minor detail.

We got SIZE M for our 22kg Husky Nala! I measured Nala's neck: 43cm (give or take with the fur) and 63cm around the belly where the straps sit (upper belly/rib cage). Its a perfect fit. At its most extended, the harness leaves plenty of room for her to grow around the belly. Worth measuring your dog's neck and upper belly/rib cage before buying (Check the size chart always).
And in the neck area, there is a bit of space as well so she isn't uncomfortable. The Harness is easy to place as well.
The fabric, and stitches looks great and appears to be be of good quality. Loving the color and couldn't be happier with it. Oh and super quick delivery! Well done.
Also, the no-pull hoop at the front under the dog's neck actually works. Nala who usually pulls strongly, stopped every time. Great design. Also the 200cm long leash is really good.

This harness looks and feels great! Seriously, I have a Mont hiking pack, which cost close to $600, and I'd say the quality and aesthetics of this harness are similar to that. Can be a little fiddly when first adjusting for your best mate, but once that's done, you're good to go. No rubbing or restricting movement and Alf loves his new harness!
