Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That's why we'll happily give you your money back on any of the eligible Dog Nation products if you meet the conditions below.
Refunds can only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order and all you have to do is arrange for the products to be shipped back (at your cost). Only items returned will be approved for a refund. To be eligible for a full refund or replacement the items must be undamaged and unmarked, and in their original undamaged packaging. Return postage is non-refundable and is to be paid by the customer.
Items not eligible for exchange or full refund
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-refundable items
- Personalised items such as personalised dog collars or ID tags with engraved personal info cannot be exchanged or fully refunded unless they have been received already damaged or faulty.
- We will not refund or exchange items due to incorrect size choice or change of mind. It is important that you accurately measure your dog(s) and check our sizing guides for extra assurance. If unsure, please contact us prior to making your purchase.
- If the item has been soiled and washed or if washing instructions have not been followed.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and the email used when the order was placed. Our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
