Returns & Refunds
At Dog Nation, if you're not satisfied, we're not satisfied. That's why we work with you to resolve any issues you may have with our products. There is a simple 30-day return policy in place.
Returns are accepted for a maximum of 30 days from receiving the product. The returning product must be undamaged and unmarked and packaging must be in its original re-saleable condition. The returned purchases can be exchanged for another product or a store credit only. Return postage is non-refundable and is to be paid by the customer.
Refunds are only given for items that are received damaged, significantly different than advertised on the website, or not fit for intended purpose. Refunds will only be issued to the method that was used to pay for the order.
We do not accept refund requests based on late delivery. Because of the supply chain and random delivery delays caused by COVID-19 restrictions and/or other shipping network disruptions we cannot warrant the performance of 3rd party carriers.
Items not eligible for exchange or refund
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Products colours disclaimer
Despite every effort to provide accurate images of each product's colour, actual colours may vary slightly, due to different device screen settings, the lighting in the installation location, slight differences in product finishes over time and other factors. Dog Nation will not accept responsibility for any colour shade differences that are not factory faults. In purchasing from Dog Nation, you agree to accept the small risk that there will be a slight variation between the actual colour and the representation on our website.
Additional non-refundable items
- Personalised items such as personalised dog collars or ID tags with engraved personal info cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they have been received already damaged or faulty.
- We will not refund items due to the change of mind.
- If the item has been soiled, washed or if washing instructions have not been followed.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us at email@example.com with your order number and the email used when the order was placed. Our team will reply with detailed instructions on how to proceed.
We exclude, and are not liable for, all liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, injury or death of your pet and costs of any kind (including without limitation any indirect and consequential losses, such as commercial or economic loss of any kind or medical treatment costs) as a result of or in connection with your access and/or use of our website or our products, and/or any of our acts or omissions (including negligence).
