AUSTRALIAN STOCK

  • AU Stock orders are usually shipped the next business day via Australia Post Standard Shipping. Expected delivery within 2-8 business days.
  • Optional Express Shipping is also available for AU Stock for extra cost and it is FAST.


SHIPPING TIMES FOR ALL OTHER STOCK
Average delivery times: 12 days*

  • Some items are shipped directly from our manufacturer located overseas.
  • We do our best to ship orders out within 3 business days AEST, however, some orders processing may take longer, especially personalised items like laser engraved collars or custom dog apparel.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will get a tracking number via email or text.
