Haven’t received it Better late than neverInitially my personalised dog tag was nowhere to be found after several weeks. Unable to call anyone I complained about the lack of delivery
I then received an email from a lovely man who then advised me they didn’t deliver to parcel lockers . Would’ve been helpful to know in the first place.Anyway he apologised and sent another to my apartment address. It is a nice tag but slightly heavy compared to others. Never less the company needs to get their delivery address sorted out
